A King, a Separate Single and Room to Walk Around Both
The single is a full bed of its own, not a fold-out, and there is floor between it and the king. Nearly twice the space of the Double Room Cottage, with the same clay walls and a carved relief above the bed.
The garden is outside the door, and the pavilion where breakfast is served is a short walk through it.
Three is the limit: there are no extra beds or cots, in this or any cottage.

- A child of any age, sleeping across the floor from the parents rather than at the foot of their bed

- A couple who want more space than the Double Room Cottage, at a starting rate US$10 higher

- There are four of you. Either the Quadruple Family Cottage or an Economy Quadruple Cottage sleeps four
- You would rather have two double beds than a king and a single. The Economy Quadruple Cottage has them
- You need a cot, which we do not have in any cottage

Inside and Out
Clay Walls, a Deep Roof and a Carved Relief
Each Triple Room Cottage is a round, mud-walled cottage under a roof that reaches well past its walls, with the trees close on every side. Inside, the walls are clay, finished by hand, and a round relief is carved into the wall above the king bed.
Each cottage was built by hand, so no two are finished quite the same. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send more photographs, the bathroom included, before you book.
Three in a Jeep
Days Out for Three, Within 25 Minutes
A safari jeep is hired by the vehicle, so three of you share one and split the cost three ways.

Is the Third Bed a Proper Bed?
Yes, a full single bed with its own space, alongside a king. It suits a child of any age or a third adult, and there is no fold-out or camp bed involved.
Can Two People Book the Triple Room Cottage?
Yes. Some couples take it for the extra space, and the rate starts US$10 above the Double Room Cottage. Send your dates and we will tell you the difference for that week.
Can Four People Squeeze In?
No. Three is the most it holds, and we do not add beds or cots. With four in the party, book one of the cottages that sleeps four instead; anyone 13 or over counts as an adult.
Is the Triple Room Cottage Air-Conditioned?
Yes. The Triple Room Cottage is cooled by air conditioning alone, with no fan, and the bathroom is private with hot water.
What Is the Direct Rate for the Triple Room Cottage?
